The Florentine
Bianca Ciatti, Florentine of birth is the descendant of the Ciatti Family (owners of the shop since its building in 1895). She become Sommelier in 2009 and since then she collaborates with the florentine delegation of Fisar doing teaching, wine tastings. Since 2009 she is sommelier at La Divina Enoteca. Creative and decised she is the maker of the furnishings and of the style of the wine shop, the real soul of this continuously evolving activity.
